MOXI. Designs Limited reserves the right to change any of the information to these Terms and Conditions with or without notice. This can include pricing, shipping, returns, products and our ordering process.
If you have any questions or require further clarification on our store policies, please feel free to contact us at hello@moxidesigns.co.nz and we will do our best to address any concerns you may have. Should any information provided be found to be incorrect or missing, we will amend our Terms and Conditions accordingly.

PRIVACY
As a customer to MOXI. Designs, your privacy is important to us. All information that is collected will only be used for the purpose of processing your order.

PAYMENTS
We accept New Zealand bank deposits, all major credit cards which are processed through Stripe, PayPal and cash on pick up. All payments through bank deposits need to be processed within 2 working days. No order's will be started until all payments have been received.

ORDERS
Once you have decided on what products you would like to order, add them to your shopping cart and fill out the required details. All details obtained are purely for the purpose of processing your order. All of our products are made to order so please allow enough time for the item to be produced and shipped by the date needed. MOXI. Designs take no responsibility if an item doesn't arrive by a required date, if you have not given the allowance for our turn around time, plus delivery. For any urgent orders, please contact us at hello@moxidesigns.co.nz and we should be able to help you out.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns on any products unless your items are not as per your order through fault of MOXI. Designs (spelling mistake/typo, wrong paint colour). In this circumstance, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can rectify it immediately. If your order has arrived damaged due to the courier, please refer to the information on our shipping page. Please take the time to check over your order before processing it. Check that the font selected, colour, symbols, quantities and any other options are all correct as we will not accept returns on order's placed incorrectly or if you have changed your mind. Please email us if you would like to see a proof of your artwork before it is created.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
All MOXI. Designs products are made from eco-friendly bamboo or acrylic. As bamboo is a natural product, there will be variations in the grain or colour which makes each item unique. It is advised that you keep water and oil's away from your bamboo product as well as direct sunlight. All of our products are intended for decor purposes only so please keep them away from little ones.
