CAN I ADD TO MY ORDER AND WILL I NEED TO PAY FOR EXTRA SHIPPING?
As long as your order has not already been booked with the courier, then we are happy to add items to your original order. We will always notify you if extra shipping is needed.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We have a flat rate of $10.00 for all standard shipping within New Zealand, including rural deliveries. For any custom orders our shipping costs may vary depending on the size of the item as well as where in New Zealand they are going to.

HOW DO I ORDER A CUSTOM ITEM?
We often get requests for custom products which we love to make! So please feel free to email us hello@moxidesigns.co.nz, for any requests or changes to products that you may have.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Once your order has been completed and paid in full. We will then start to create it and always aim for it to be on the courier within 2 working days. Our courier times are overnight for the North Island or 2 working days for the South Island. We also have a pick up option which can have faster turn around times. Our turnaround times can vary depending on how heavy our work load is. Please see our Shipping page for more information on our courier services. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF IVE MADE A MISTAKE OR WANT TO CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER?
If you have made a mistake or would like something changed, please email us immediately with your request. As long as the item hasn't been made or sent then we can amend your order.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED?
If your order has been damaged at all during transit, please contact us immediately. Please email us with photos and a description of the damaged goods. Do not dispose of anything until advised by us as our courier company may require a return for their own inspection.

I LIVE LOCALLY AND WOULD LIKE TO PICK UP MY ORDER, CAN I DO THAT?
Yes definitely, we are based in Auckland. When completing your order, select the pick up option for delivery which will show free shipping. We can then contact you once your order is ready to be collected.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU HAVE?
We accept New Zealand bank transfers, all major credit cards which are processed through Stripe and cash on pick up.
