SHIPPING

Standard shipping throughout New Zealand at $10.00 via tracked non signature courier *Custom orders may incur a higher courier fee depending on size and weight. All MOXI Design orders are throughly packaged to protect them on their journey

I will always aim to have your order dispatched within 1 working week of receiving your payment, however some custom pieces can take up to 2 weeks from placing the order. Once your order has been placed, you can choose between pick up (if you're based in Auckland) or standard shipping, in the cart section. For all custom orders, your shipping will depend on the product you have chosen and its destination. We do not send to PO boxes so please make sure a physical address is provided.

Please ensure that all fields are filled out correctly in the ordering section as we will not take any responsibility for any incorrect delivery information provided by you. If a mistake has happened, please get in contact asap so we can hopefully rectify it. Once dispatched orders to the north island are aimed to be delivered overnight and south island orders within 2 working days. However, delivery times are out of our control and MOXI. Designs take no responsibility for delays during the courier service.
